Every year there are major exhibitions at London’s art galleries. And normally, we get along to everything that takes our interest. So, it’s hard to believe that as this year closes, we’ve been to neither the Leonardo Da Vinci once-in-a-lifetime extravaganza at the National Gallery or Gerhard Richter: Panorama at Tate Modern. Both finish early next year, so one of our resolutions is to get there quicksmart (even if it means queueing up at 5am for a couple of the 500 tickets that go on sale daily for the Italian Master).
